Pine + Minor, Seattle, WA

Located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, Pine + Minor is a mixed-use apartment and ground-level retail project containing 120 residential units, which was completed in 2013. GeoDesign provided geotechnical and environmental support for this seven-story building, which includes partial below-grade parking covering the entire site. Pine + Minor is certified LEED Platinum. GeoDesign’s scope included a Phase I ESA and asbestos-containing survey, geophysical survey and limited subsurface investigation, a geotechnical investigation, and consultation during construction.
